Provides Video Content to Excite@Home Broadband Subscribers

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, Apr. 18, 2000 - MyPrimeTime, Inc., an integrated media company, and its baby boomer life empowerment Web site, myprimetime.com, today announced they are providing video content to Excite@Home (Nasdaq: ATHM) for the ClickVideo application on the @Home broadband Internet service.

Excite@Home, which distributes high-speed video content to @Home subscribers through its ClickVideo broadband application, today begins delivering "MyPrimeTime Minutes" features to @Home's more than one million subscribers nationwide. "MyPrimeTime Minutes" consist of short video segments based on content from all areas of the myprimetime.com Web site.

MyPrimeTime's current content areas are Money, Work, Health and Play. MyPrimeTime produces its own exclusive video programming in the company's new state-of-the-art TV studios.

"We are pleased to be able to provide our video programming to the more than one million subscribers of the @Home broadband Internet service nationwide," said MyPrimeTime, Inc.
co-founder and CEO Craig Forman.

"The 81 million members of the baby boomer generation represent the Web's largest demographic group. Distribution through Excite@Home, whose subscribers are already among the most technologically savvy, points to the growing perception that this is a vitally important audience
for every kind of Internet play," Forman added. "MyPrimeTime provides a wide variety of information that goes beyond being merely relevant to baby boomers, but that is designed to enhance the quality of their lives."

"MyPrimeTime's mix of original and inventive lifestyle content, tools and technology is a great addition to our ClickVideo content," said Richard Gingras, senior vice president and general manager of Content, Excite@Home. "MyPrimeTime provides pertinent information that resonates with our subscribers."
