MyPrimeTime, Inc. Names Former Arthur Andersen Partner
Glenn S. Boehnlein as Chief Financial Officer
SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 13, 2000 - MyPrimeTime, Inc., an all-band media network comprised of television, broadband, ecommerce and leading baby boomer Web site myprimetime.com, announced today that Glenn S. Boehnlein has been named Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
As CFO, Boehnlein will be responsible for a wide variety of corporate financial issues for MyPrimeTime, Inc., including investment funding, corporate positioning and strategic alliances.
Boehnlein joins MyPrimeTime, Inc. after 15 years with Arthur Andersen LLP in San Francisco, most recently as a Partner heading up the San Francisco Technology Industry practice. While at Andersen, he assisted clients with mergers and acquisitions, served as the primary accounting/finance lead on several IPOs, and led discussions and negotiations directly with the SEC. Boehnlein also played a role as consultant and recruiter, which included working directly with foreign management teams in England, France, China and Ghana, and heading up audit recruiting efforts in San Francisco.

Boehnlein is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a former board member of the Contra Costa Software Incubator. Boehnlein received both his MBA and a Bachelors degree in Professional Accounting from Mississippi State University.
