CEO
Craig Forman is co-founder and CEO of MyPrimeTime, Inc. Before launching the company, Forman was vice president of CNNfn Interactive, where he was
responsible for content and the P&L of CNNfn.com, a leading business
and financial news Web site.
Prior to joining CNNfn, Forman served as vice president for worldwide development
at Time Inc.'s new media division. Before his post at Time Inc., Forman
was vice president of product management and editor for Infoseek, a leading
Internet search and navigation company.

Prior to working at Infoseek, Forman spent 13
years at Dow Jones & Co., publishers of the Wall Street
Journal. He began working for Dow Jones in 1982 as a copy
editor in the Journal's New York bureau. In October 1982,
Forman joined the Brussels, Belgium-based team starting the Wall
Street Journal Europe
.
In January 1992, after nine years in Europe as an overseas correspondent,
Forman became the Journal's London deputy bureau chief. 1993 saw his next
move, this time to Japan as he became the Journal's Tokyo bureau chief,
and in March 1995 he was named director and editor of Dow Jones Business
Information Services International. There he oversaw an electronic publishing
unit that served clients in more than 40 countries.

Forman holds a master's degree in law, which he received at Yale Law School,
and an undergraduate degree from Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School
of Public and International affairs.
